At PAUL VALENTINE, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized pieces and earrings are excluded from returns due to hygiene and customization reasons.

Register Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully place the items in their original jewelry boxes and secure them inside a shipping mailing bag or box to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Items

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
